How's thing going on recently? Take a few second and review back what have you achieve in this few years.
To my fellow friends who have been working for few years, few questions for you to ask yourself:
Happy with your working enviroment now with the amount of salary bank in to your account? Does your salary enough for you to cover the inflation rate increase and commitment?
Hate going to work after a break on weekend? Monday. Tuesday... til Friday blue? Frustrated with your working enviroment, thinking to change job and not sure what will be the new job enviroment?
Scare to jump out from comfort zone? Scare to compete with others? No more improvement space in your current job?
To all my fellow friends who are self-employed. Did you encounter problem as below?
Headache with the over run cash flow and not sure can it be cover on this month for the shop/office rent, workers salary and other utilities.
Difficult to manage own staff? Difficult to hire a skillful workers?
Hate to deal with your picky customers? Too many competitors, not sure how to compete with them? Need more networking?
Disagreement with business partners caused the whole business can't survive.
To my fresh graduate friends,who will be soon step into the working enviroment, few question for you too.
Does your job interview met with your dream job?
Does the salary offered able to cope your monthly expenses?
Are you blindly accept the job offered just for seek to gain experience which you are not sure what direction path that you are heading.
No doubt that I did asked about all the questions above to myself as what you all did now. Everyone here have choice to choose but depends on are you willing to do it or not. I believe, we as a human being, it's nature to think a lot of this and that before doing anything which will end up doing nothing but with a firm confirmation, we will able to gain confidence to move and not blindly do a thing and end up mishandle it.
So how can we get confirmation? We need explore more and gain as much knowledge from different angle before we move our next steps... Agreed?
